Therapy Information

Dr. Spjut currently works with adults in individual therapy, and she provides virtual therapy only at this time. She is licensed in the state of Utah. She is also PSYPACT credentialed, which means she can meet virtually with clients living in PSYPACT states (see https://asppbcentre.org/focus/psypact/ for the most updated list of states).

Rates

Individual rates: $250 for initial 60-minute session; $225 for 50-minute follow-up sessions

I do not accept any insurance, but I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
